Coalescence is a nonprofit organization with a vision to inspire diverse people to coalesce through creating vibrant, inclusive community gathering spaces where individuals and organizations can come together to share ideas, build connections, and make a positive impact in our neighborhood and beyond. Community around coffee is an ancient tradition that we believe is worth preserving, expressed here through thoughtfully sourced coffees from farms across the globe and a space designed for connection. Since opening our Norfolk location in 2020 and our Richmond location in August 2025, we’ve continued growing that vision — one cup and one community at a time. Coalescence Coffee has two locations in Virginia. Our Norfolk café is at 226 W 24th St, Norfolk, VA. Our Richmond café is at 2 N Belmont Ave, Richmond, VA. Both locations are welcoming community spaces where craft coffee meets genuine hospitality.
Our Norfolk location (226 W 24th St) is open Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Our Richmond location (2 N Belmont Ave) is open Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Both locations are closed on Sundays.
